The Windsor/Windsor Locks Rotary Club serves the three communities of East Granby, Windsor and Windsor Locks.  Among its efforts the club awards scholarships to graduating seniors in those communities, supports local food banks, and recognizes high school students who are good students, as well as participants in community service, encouraging them to continue their commitment to community service. In recent years, the club has taken on a major project to package food for the food insecure.
